It is not too late for anyone who wants to change career or just to try new things in life. Eight years ago, I decided to get a second course in the hope of getting greener pasture. Although my income has been cut into half since I started practicing my new profession, I could say that I have found a new love. For me sometimes, it is not about the money.
Why am I saying this? Nowadays, people seem to start to long for going to the side of unexplored periphery. At this moment, I started to like putting on and experimenting on make ups and I am thinking of bringing it up to a higher level. I want to enrol myself into make up class.
I learned about Regency beauty school in the US . It has expanded from two schools in Minnesota to 19 states across America. Nashville cosmetology school mirrors high end salons that provide high standard education that will reflect in the skills of its students. They assure precision in their services and give discounts to the availing public. For this reason that that Regency graduates are recognized all over the US.

Mission Possible
You read it right. Tom Cruise and the rest of the pack did not fail to deliver in the latest franchise of Mission Impossible called the Ghost Protocol. After almost six years or so, Cruises’ team’s creative juices were squeezed upto the last sap. I was sitting on the edge of my seat from the minute the movie has started upto the time the closing credits were rolled.
The plot was the usual MI storyline, conspiracy blah blah but there were no scenes that would make you want to blink. Every fight scene, every execution of their overboard spy plans are jaw dropping and heart pumping. What made the stunts really jumpy is knowing that Tom Cruise really did them himself sans the double. The whole movie was made interesting and light by the comic relief pulled off by Simon Pegg, an English actor comedian who gave justice to his role. His exchanges of funny line with Jeremy Renner gave everyone side stitches.
Two thumbs up to MI4. Tom Cruise will surely be having a hard time surpassing this latest mileage in his career

Planning way ahead
It is almost New Year and as the year changes, another year will be added to our age. Reality check, we are not getting any younger. As we do our daily tasks, it is important that we give importance to our future. It is appropriate to focus on our health, life and death. My friend has been talking me into getting insured. She wants me to buy term life insurance like her while I am still young. Saving up for your future is not really bad because you will be the one who will benefit from it.

When life gives you lemon...turn it into Happy Lemon!
I have been hearing a lot of buzz about Happy Lemon (at least in my ward). I have been living under the rock that I have lost update on the latest hotspots in this side of the planet. Before our duty ended, my best bud in the ward and I were having a debate who will be going with who. You see, I have been craving to sink my teeth in our of the cakes at Cakes2Go while she holds her ground to get her special drink fix at Happy Lemon.
Sadly (or not), she won with the bribe that my first drink would be on her! On we went to Trinoma for the latest craze in town. I was really appalled to see that we could not immediately chug down a drink as we had to wait in line.
My buddy had her rock salt and cheese cocoa and I, being a fan of milk tea, had my milk tea pudding. I am not a fan of tapioca or pudding blended in my milk tea but I did not have the energy to ask if I could skip the pudding and pearl part. I tried my first sip and I can say that I still swear by Tokyo Cafe’s milk tea. Admittedly, my curiosity was awakened by my friend’s drink. It was something that I am sure Happy Lemon has gotten its claim to fame.
Okay so I still have my loyalty check in place then. Hands down to Happy Lemon’s very own Rock Salt and Cheese concoction and Tokyo Cafe’s and Toast Box’s milk teas are still to die for.

One good fight
It was a momentous event not just for the Philippine Azkals but the Filipinos as well. It is the first time that one of the best soccer/football teams in North America paid us a visit for the Dream Cup. Everyone knew that we would not stand a chance but what the heck! It’s David Beckham they are facing against, let alone LA Galaxy.
Beckham scored a goal after 20 minutes. You could actually hear the cheers, shrieks and every imaginable verbal and non-verbal expression a girl could make every time Beckham takes the free kick. When his play time was over, everyone got up on their feet to show respect to him.
Crowd went wild(er) when he took off his jersey and handed it off to Manny Pacquiao.
The Azkals actually did not go home empty handed. Phil Younghusband scored a goal.
The game was over and LA Galaxy scored a total of 6 goals, Azkals remained with one goal. Nonetheless, the event was a great one and everyone was smiling except maybe for the Azkals coach who uttered his disappointment with his guys’ game.

Pure fun
The dancing lights at the Ayala Triangle did not disappoint at all! I thought it would be a bore as we walked towards the Ayala Triangle. There were so many people that side of Makati Central Business District one would think it is not holiday today. I felt pity for the night joggers that they had to squeeze their way through a sea of passersby and spectators.
We waited for about 10 minutes and at the strike of 7:00 p.m. the amusement begins. The seemed to be pieces of white cloths hanging on the trees and on low lying poles literally blossomed before our eyes. Lights danced in synchrony to the Christmas tunes being played. The show lasted for about 10 minutes and the crowd’s oooohs and aaaaahs also lasted that long. The joy in every child’s face was priceless. My nieces actually were giggling and screaming for joy.
The show starts at 6:00 p.m.and final show is at 9:00 p.m. for the whole month of December. Oh and it is free!

My other side
What I love about the cold season (we do not have winter in the Philippines) is that I could get to play around mixing and matching my clothes. I have tons of unused clothes since I started to practice my profession as a nurse. I am excited to get out and go somewhere else when I am off duty even if I will still go to the hospital because I can get to dress up and be dolled up. I also love to accessorize to compliment my getup but I make sure that I do not over do things. I love collecting and wearing cocktail rings, hoop earrings and shamballa bracelets as I feel liberated when I had them on. I call it, the other side of me.

Just proud
I have promised myself not to deal with any serious spending until I get promoted next year. I have already stretched out my budget for the year and admittedly went way beyond it. So when the luring wave of getting an updated BlackBerry phone catches my attention, I just close my eyes and take deep breaths. My old BlackBerry although it does not have a WiFi feature still serves me well. I recently got the inspiration to tinker with it and found out that it has GPS function. I stayed up until wee hours of the morning checking and testing each application installed in it and next thing I know, I am now a gps golf guru. I am just pleased with myself.

At home
Life gets busier and busier as time goes by. We hardly notice some things that need to be fixed in our homes and these instances lead to forsaken home fixtures and equipment. You are so busy that you do not have time to bring them to shops for repair or refurbishing. Good thing there are motor home repairs that offer services right at the comfort of your home. Your things get repaired without the hassle of getting out of your home and you can still do your take home tasks as you wait.

The technical advancement at its finest
What comes in your mind first when talking about modernization? I would say industrialization. With the current trend in technology, competition gets tougher and tougher. There are products like the Water Soluble Solder Paste being offered by a so many companies but there is one company that stands out and unparalleled for 15 years. Fine Line Stencil commits in delivering the highest quality laser stencils. The company is using the most advance later material technologies that you could find in the world. IT has perfected the art and science of combining the laser and material technology giving birth to the new SLIC and UltraSLIC stencils

A fully loaded morning
More than any other shift, PM (starts from 7pm and ends at 7am) shift is the time for me and my colleagues to bond after work. We simply wanted to be fully fed before hitting the sack. We are tired of food served in the cafeteria, more so, we have tried almost every meal on Jollibee’s breakfast menu. We decided to head for Shakey’s but along the way, we passed by KFC and noticed that it is their first day of offering breakfast meal. Great!
After a few minutes of weighing out which will bust our tummies, we all ordered for Fully loaded breakfast meal. Lucky for us that since it is their very first day to offer breakfast treats, we scored the meal for only P90!
The meal is composed of a serving of garlic rice, pork tocino, chicken sausage, scrambled egg, chocolate chip pancake and a glass of cold drink of your choice.
The meal was satisfying and we actually find it too cheap. We wondered what will be its regular price.

Do couples have to share e-mail passwords?
Recently, my colleague and I got into trouble. We chatted on Facebook and apparently, the read was saved in her private messages. We were gushing about the guys in our hospital whom we have crushes on.
My colleague has a boyfriend who also work in our institution. I did not know that he knows her password to her Facebook account. I just received a test from her that her boyfriend opened her account and read our exchanges of girl talk.
According to her, her boyfriend was so furious about the matter and I asked her why on earth did she let him access her Facebook account. I told her that it is not a matter of trust but it is just a matter of personal space.
They ended up patching things up but he guy does not talk to me. As if I made the sole act of luring his girlfriend in “looking” at other guys.
For me, I do not see the good side of letting someone break into your personal space. Just because your significant other knows your password to all of his or her account, it does not mean that you cannot hide anything from him or her. There are ways.
Just sayin'.

Shopping time!
After Thanksgiving, there comes the Yuletide and it comes so fast that you would not have time to shop for your loved ones or colleagues. Finding out about www.personalcreations.com saves the day as it gives me gift suggestions suited for the people I care about. The only problem is, every choice I make I always ending up getting the perfect gift...for me!

Too grown up or too racy?
The once famous child star is now stirring the news as her latest ad campaign for Marc Jacobs has been banned in United Kingdom.
According to the British Advertising Standards Authority, Dakota Fanning’s pose for the fragrance Oh Lola!
In the ad, Fanning who is now 17 years old, is shown holding an oversize bottle of the fragrance, placed right between her legs.
According to ADA: "We noted that the model was holding up the perfume bottle which rested in her lap between her legs and we considered that its position was sexually provocative. We understood the model was 17 years old but we considered she looked under the age of 16. We considered that the length of her dress, her leg and position of the perfume bottle drew attention to her sexuality. Because of that, along with her appearance, we considered the ad could be seen to sexualise a child.
The creator of the fragrance admitted the pose to be provocative but it no indecent.
I get to think, if she holds the bottle anywhere else, would it be any more decent? She is properly dressed and I guess, it is just the way someone looks at it.

Enjoying everything
I have been practicing my profession as a nurse for almost two years now and while I enjoy it, there are times that I feel like I am on the brink of switching career. I told myself that I will only give it a year and I will fly to the other side of the world for greener pasture but here I am stuck and still binding my time. The last time I checked online there are no opportunities for me abroad but there are lots of Medical & Clinical Laboratory Technician Jobs awaiting the lucky ones. I think I could stick a little longer I will just have to be patient and enjoy what I have.

It’s on TV and I want it!
I am not yet a middle-aged woman but I really enjoy watching Today Talk with Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford. Their tandem and tongue-in-cheek antics really give me side stitch every night. I especially love their portion called Kathie lee and Hoda’s Favorite Things. Here, they just feature any product that they find interesting and useful.
Last night, Kathie Lee featured Laura Mercier primer. I have been looking for a good primer product and I got excited learning that Laure Mercier primer is her personal favourite. I really wanted to get one and I swear that I will get it as a reward for myself.

A 3D experience
I was obliged to see a movie with colleagues for I fear that if I would not give in, they will get back to me at work.
Seriously, I would prefer to stay at home, sleep as long as I can or just idle in my crib watching TV.
I was awakened by call from my senior and she said to meet them at Gateway. I hurriedly hit the shower and took the train in baseball cap, white shirt and jeans. I just want to get it over with.
I arrived at gateway at 9PM and they said that the movie tickets are already sold out so we needto transfer to another moviehouse. The designated driver decided to bring us to Resorts World.
As I always say, I am not a big fan of moviehouses much more of 3Ds. I feel that it will just drain my pocket. Since it was a treat by our rich colleague, I just said okay. We put our 3D glasses on as we settled in our chair for Puss in boots.
I felt dizzy watching the movie and I often times take off the glasses as I felt it was squeezing my brain. I felt bad for my colleague who had to take off his eyeglasses so he could put on the 3D glasses. I he did not enjoy much either as he cannot make out of the images because they are all coming blurred without his visual aide.
The theatre was I think on top of a disco house and we can feel the bass pumping on the floor.
I did not enjoy the movie although there were some few jokes I chuckled on. I would not waste my money seeing it in a theatre much more in 3D.

Doctor shopping made easy
Dealing with your health does not merely rely on the health care provider. You should also do your homework in finding out about the people you want to trust your health and life with. Hopping from one clinic to another or comparing credentials from website to another would be taxing. But if there is another way of making the decision making as easy as 1 2 3, wouldn’t you do it?
I recently learned about Doximity. It is the largest real-name and physician-only network. It houses comprehensive physician profiles and credential that are accessible for free on Web, iPhone and Android. Isn’t amazing that doctors such as Robert Mirsky MD can communicate with his fellows faster and easier?

Moves like Jagger
In light of Steve Job’s demise, Apple products are selling like hot cakes. People have became crazier when Jobs gave in to the call of death. His legacy will never be lost that is why I am still holding to to my ipod shuffle 2gb that I carry with me everyday. I always feel like a well-oiled machine when I had my earphones on. I feel tuned out and find “me time” instantly.

Got scrubs?
I really cannot help but giggle whenever patients and visiting doctors are complimenting the female nurse’s overall appearance during our shifts. Our uniform design always gets praises and admiration especially from foreigners. They are not used to seeing nurses in old school uniforms. They always see them in scrubs uniforms and we have to tell them that scrubs are being worn in the special areas. The administration would want as much as possible, to preserve the legacy of nursing service even in overall appearance.

Cheap webhosting service
I have been maintaining my blogsites for more than three years already. My other blog is being hosted by a friend who charges me reasonably. With so many website hosting services around it is very hard to choose what it best suited for you. Others charge basic services and you have optional add on services for an appropriate fee ofcourse. So if you are just planning on starting your website or simply wants to avail of other company’s service, you just have to do your home work to find the one that best suits your needs. Getting cheap website hosting does not mean you have to settle for anything less. There tons of website hosting services out there and we just have to weigh the pros and cons to get our money’s worth. It may be tiring to do all these tasks but you have to be very sure about the services that you are going to avail of because you will be bound by a contract for a year and if you back out within the contract period, you will be the one in the losing end.
So fire up, start searching, comparing and jotting down notes. That is what I did before I signed up for a year of lock in service.

Someone put a ring on it
If dreams were meant to happen, I think I would be engaged soon. I had a very funny dream of wearing a diamond ring which happened to be an engagement ring. The odd part of it is that I do not know who gave that to me. I was like a little girl giggling and running around until I heard some scream. I was awakened by my nieces’ constant screaming as they ran around the house. Too bad, dreams were not real bad enough that I was awakened from a very beautiful dream.

Within the four corners
I am really wanting to get back to Macau. It is not for anything else but I just fell in love with the sight. While my friends threw some serious cash in playing in casinos, I think that I do not have to travel that far to enjoy playing in gambling houses.
For those who have serious inclination with gamings or just wanted to get started with it, you could try them at home through the online casinos. This season is bed weather season and to avoid the stress of thinking about the travel, the ride, the parking space and the clothes you have to put on, why not try playing them at the very comfort of your home?
Online casinos have been made safer than ever so one would need not worry about hackers. There are very secured sites backed by the reputable IT networks so the least you could worry about is someone stealing your account. What is the great way of getting your hands on luxurious R & R? Having them your way anytime of the day minus the worries of getting robbed before or after playing.
Just the good times within the four corners of your home.

My sweet nails
Every payday, I make it a point to pamper myself in one way or another. Since I could not indulge in a body spa, I opted to have a foot spa with foot massage and to have manicure and pedicure.
Driven with my curiosity, I decided to try a nail specialty store near our place called Sweet Nails. I did not know that they have an ongoing promo that it is foot spa would cost only P1.00 if you will avail of the packages on their promo list.
The owner, was too patient in explaining to me the mechanics of the promo. He was also the one who opened the door for me and made me feel comfortable. I told him that it was my first time there and I really do not go to commercial parlors or spa because they have proven to have lost the personal touch.
Also, what nudged my interest is that for a nail spa within our neighbourhood, it is unusual to see that they carry elite nail lacquer brands such as Orly and Acasi.
While waiting for my turn, I get to be kept busy by the owner who orients me to their services. After almost thirty minutes, I got the full service from Beth. I really enjoyed the footspa and the hand and foot massages. I chose to upgrade my mani and pedi to Orly by adding P100 to the package of P401.
I might have stretched my R & R for this payday a little but I think it was worth it.
The little space was made cozy, according to the owner so that the customer would get a relaxed feeling. Oh well, I should say that the interior is more of a girly than cozy. The glass walls allowed for the daylight to come into the place.
Anyway, the cheerful and friendly service surely make someone relax. Beth, was not hard to give instructions to about me not having my ingrown nails removed, cutting my nails straight and not nipping my cuticles off my fingers. I am really easy to please person. As long as you follow my instructions, we will not be having problems.
Overall, I was pleased with my first time experience if only they could lower down their services’ prices a bit to align with the location.

Before you pop a pill...
I was once on crestor, a rosuvastatin brand, to lower my bad cholesterol. It was prescribed to replace Lipitor (Atorvastatin) which has caused me stomach upset and muscle cramps. I was taking crestor for almost a year and I thought that the horrible cramps I have been having was due to my health condition then until I have spoken with a friend who came in for a vacation from the US.
He has been on Crestor for over a year and he noticed that he was also having this unusual and disturbing muscle cramps any time of the day even when at rest. He consulted the matter with his doctor and he was immediately told to discontinue taking Crestor.
I then told my doctor about it and I voluntarily asked him to change my antilipidemic medicine to a subtler brand.
I searched on the issues accompanying Crestor and I found out that it has been linked to some serious side effects. There have been some Crestor lawsuit filed against its manufactured by AztraZeneca.
If you are on Crestor for the some time now and you have noticed some unusual signs and symptoms, it is time to talk to your doctor about it.

Blown away
I was from the night duty and before I punched out around 8:00 am, it is all over the news that typhoon Pedring has just made his landfall in Northern Luzon. The Typhoon category has been raised to 3 which is the highest and it is ripping everything on its path. Government offices were declared closed due to gusty winds and heavy rains everywhere including Metro Manila.
Just when I went out and as I stood by the hospital lobby, I felt the over powering wind and occasional rain. Every umbrella that I saw turned upside down and it was basically impossible for someone to hold an umbrella open without it being ripped. I was trying to feel if I could walk in the middle of the situation without me tumbling. Fearing that the matter would get worse as minutes go by, I decided to brave the wind and the rain. I put on my bucket hat and ran for my dear life.
Heavy rains have started to pour and I was praying hard that water would not rise. There was zero visibility. I never felt too scared like this. I mean it was the first time for me to experience typhoon outside the four corners of my home.
I pray that everyone stays safe.

Not so-gruesome but still unsatisfying experience with a government agency
I learned from a TV ad that registration for the 2013 local and national elections are ongoing at certain COMELEC Offices. I have skipped voting for numerous times and seriously, if it were not for my nagging father, I would not be obliged to reactivate and transfer my registration from our province to Manila.
Anyway, after a couple of phone calls to know the exact location of their office (Google Map was of no help), I decided to head for it this afternoon.
I fought my urge to finish my favourite local noontime show to give in to the call of duty.
After few attempts to look for it, I finally stepped on the grounds of COMELEC. The building is seriously old and needs some serious dusting.
I got up on the second floor and was cordially greeted by an employee who politely asked me to go one more floor up for my particular barangay. When I finally reached the fourth floor I stepped in to an office where there are two televisions on. I am sure that they were placed there for the entertainment of the registrants because the registrants were outside sat by a table filling out the registration form.
I was asked by the man from which barangay I came from, I said my address but he required for a barangay with zone number. I kept my cool, because for one, I did not know that I have barangay number because I never included barangay in my address and my mails are coming into my house even without the freaking barangay.
I did not make any suggestions in order for him to find out my barangay. He just asked for the name of my relative who lives in the same place where I live in that is a registered voter in the same municipality. I just gave him the name, and in a minute he was able to locate my barangay which is 568.
In my mind, bam! You could have made it easier for the both of us if you just did what you were supposed to do instead of giving unwarranted remarks.
I did not take me fifteen minutes to finish the entire registration process. I got to have the finger printing and webcam photo in a breeze. Good thing that the man who “assisted” m at the start was no longer in that room when I came back after filling out my application form.
I just feel sorry that while were almost treated as slaves in our hospital by patients and their relatives, those who are working in other government agency still carry the attitude that they are superior to the Filipinos.
I do not expect them to treat us as royalty but I expect them not to treat us like idiots or some kind of distraction in doing their television viewing.

A very young widow
I feel so sad learning that local actress Camille Pratts’ husband lost his fight to cancer at a very early stage. Anthony Linsangan, 30, succumbed to nasopharyngeal cancer this morning at Makati Medical Center.
Camille, who was a child superstar, got married to Anthony March last year.
Anthony will be 31 years old on October 12 and he left with Camille their three-year-old son.

The good life
One way or preserving the joy of childhood is by capturing the moment in motion. I am really loving shooting home videos of my nieces as they goof around or just simply show casing their so-called talents. It is good that we have these handy camcorders ready every time. I wonder when could we go outdoors and shoot happy days. Life is simply enjoyable with gadgets that make it more memorable.

It is enough to live from paycheck to paycheck. Let us try to device a new means of earning. Why not enrol to a Cosmetology school like Regency?
Regency is the fastest growing cosmetology school in the US. It reflects upscale salons and provides an exceptional education that benefits their students, the salon community, and the public.
Under it is belt is a very good reputation that makes its graduates the most sought after in the entire US.

A better space
I was out this afternoon trying to make the most out of my remaining hours in my day off. I scrambled through my purse and found out that I have the coupon booklet I got from SM. I learned that I can use it at a home depot near our place and it is a perfect timing because I need to get my friend new carpet floor mats for her new condo. She just moved in and her new space looks like a dance studio.

Beyonce, preggy?
Just when I thought I was wowed by her over the top performance at the VMAs, Beyonce has put the cherry on top of the ice cream. After belting out octaves after octaves of her soulful song, she threw away her microphone, opened her jacket and stroked her tummy with a big grin on her face. Jay-z who is in the audience side was beaming with pride. Oh I guess there is a bun in the oven. Congrats!

Is it not what it looks like?
Pint sized models are causing a stir lately as they get involved in commercialization that are age inappropriate.
It started with a 10-year old girl’s photo spread in Vogue France that some think are not suited for her age. They have branded the poses of young girl, Thylane Loubry Blondeau as inviting or provocative.
Barely two weeks after that, a new controversy this time again in France, has sprung involving pre-schoolers about age of four in lingerie assuming sexy and racy poses. Many have broken into outburst condemning the sexualization and exploitation of very young kids who do not have any ideas what they are getting themselves into.
Just this week, another blow to the innocent minds of pretty young girls went viral. In United Kingdom there is a pole dancing class offered for toddlers. British parents are actually paying good amount of money for their little daughters to learn stripper-dance style on a pole. Psycho therapists are calling the provocative lessons as vulgar and a clear form of exploitation.
You do not have to be a feminist or sexist to understand what is wrong in the pictures shown or situations illustrated. The acts maybe pure and innocent to the kids themselves but to most, it is suggesting of something. Just a simple question would help settle the controversy: would you want your child to be in this situation?

A mange not a manger
Talk about pets. Apart from their awful by products, what concerns the owners is the mange they tend to acquire even if when we shower them with TLC. Mange according to the freedictionary.com is any of several chronic skin diseases of mammals caused by parasitic mites and characterized by skin lesions, itching, and loss of hair.
One website described mange as debilitating, annoying, and excruciatingly painful condition for your pet. So it is crucial that any pet owner knows how to manage mange at any given time.

A good cover up
I have resigned from my corporate work for almost two years and while I have free medical check up and some medicine coverage in my new work but it is limited. My previous work has offered unlimited and unconditional health and insurances coverage. At this point in time, I am thinking of getting myself an affordable term life insurance that I know is very substantial in this hard economic time.

Hello Kitty!
We have had once owned a pet cat but due to its awful urine and poop odor we have decided to give the poor kitty away. Too bad that it is only now that we have learned about the cat urine odor remover from our neighbor. They have lots of pet cats in the house but they manage to have foul smelling odor contained. Now, we are on the look say hello, kitty!

The outbreak
Dengue outbreak has reached its highest number of cases in history. It does not spare anyone from children up to adults. In our ward there have been three cases of dengue admitted in the past 2 weeks. They already belong to the adult work force that is why their hospitalization is covered by their disability appeal. The platelets that went down dramatically to alarming levels have been corrected through transfusion and hydration. Two of them were already sent home.

Planking what?
Have you seen a person lying on his or her abdomen? Do not be shocked to see people suddenly drop on their abdomen from nowhere or if you passed a person stiffly lying in prone position on a sidewalk, on staircases or bridges. It is called Planking.
I actually first hear of it last week when my nieces are mentioning the word repeatedly in a children’s party. They just assumed prone position for the longest period they could without lifting their heads or moving a muscle.
Seriously, I found it stupid. I mean what satisfaction does one get lying prone? It is way different from long boarding, bike exhibitions and gadgets obsession most of youths are engaging in.
I chanced upon a documentary about it on GMA New TV and it made me think that making it to be a subject matter on a documentary, it means that Planking is making waves in our country. It is not as simple as lying prone on the floor. Plankers take it to the extreme by doing it in awkward and dangerous places like on the edge of a roof top, on top of a microwave oven on top of a refrigerator, on top of a vendo machine.
It is viewed as a different form of promotion. There is a dedicated website where one could post his Planking stunts.
I just hope that nobody gets hurt because before it became a hit in the country, a man died in Australia trying to perform a dangerous Plank stunt.
