Thankful Thursday

I cant’ wait to post my thankful list for the week
First of, I’m very thankful for another year that will be added to my life. March 24th is my birthday.
This Sunday would be our Holy Supper at the church in the honor of our Lord who chose to give up His life for the forgiveness of our sins. I’m thankful that He made me worthy to partake in this holy event and that I was able to attend the congregation this morning in preparation for the said event.
I’m thankful that 2 of my officemates has decided to go to church again and renewed their faith in God.
I no longer hear them curse and the other one has turned his back on bad vices. I pray that they will carry these through.
My heart is filled with joy because even though things are not all A-ok but it’s generally manageable. I’m worry free. I feel loved and secured.
Thank you Lord for the abundant blessings that you continue to give me and for the guidance on how to use them wisely.
Thank you also because I was able to register, again, to the stateboard exam. I'm praying that I could get the right schedule and that I will be well prepared to take my second chance.
Thank you Lord, for giving me great hopes and opportunities and for making me stronger.
I’m thankful that the certification from the credit card company has arrived in the mail. It certifies that I have closed my account with them in good credit standing.
What are you thankful for?

Thankful Thursday - Providence

I composed this TT list in the office during my one hour break. I'm really swamped with so many obligations but I'm not complaining because His providence is Divine.

********

Last year, my finances are in complete chaos that I almost had my mortgaged house foreclosed. In these times, I did not doubt His love for me because I know that He will provide for me the things that I need.

God has been a good provider.

I’m very thankful for the financial blessing that I received this week which allowed me to register online for the stateboard exam, to pay the bills and to save up some.

I’m very thankful right now that I am no longer into buying stuffs that are not really necessary. As Stacey Orrico’s song says, There’s more to life.

I’m thankful for the energy given to me to juggle work, class and some extra work for the past few weeks. Lord, I’ll be needing more in the months to come.

I’m thankful for the opportunities to write reviews for the things that interest me and earn extra for the write ups. I pray that this will go on.

I’m thankful for the patience given to me the other day that I was able to keep my cool while dealing with our disgruntled client.

Today, Angel marched her way to kinder graduation. Lord, thank you for helping her make it through. I pray that she will carry on with demands of gradeschool life in June.

Lastly, I’m thankful that Dad and I was able to go to church this morning although I felt really exhausted due to my daily commitments, I was able to get up in time to hear His words. I feel more energized.

For more thankful souls, please visit Iris.

It’s always nice to be and it’s not late to be thankful.

Thankful Thursday - Glory

It's good hear from other people that when good things come their way, the first words that come out of their mouth are: Thank you Lord. It as simple as returning back the glory.
Like my officemate who is not, if I may say like me, a "hardcore" Christian. I mean we're both not the ones who read the bible (which I know should not be), but every time she gets a good news or she would says: Thank you po Jesus!
It hurts my ear to hear people curse or say profanities.
I have been encouraging my officemates who also have blogs to join TT or promoting TT to my non-blogger officemates by just asking them to visit the site of those who are at least commenting on my entries for them to get inspired.
I have been always thankful to have joined this meme because it made me realize so many wonderful things ni my life and to become more appreciative of it. And I know that He's glorified for it.
People in this meme are wonderful warriors of God. I'm not speaking of myself because i know that I have so much to prove.
Thankful I am because I was able to hear the morning sermon today. Sad because my sister was not able to join me. It was a miscommunication. I did not hear her clock alarm so I thought she'll join the evening congregation and I did not wake her up. Only to find out that the alarm clock was trapped under her pillow and she did not hear it ring either.
I'm thankful that when I opened my e-mail, I've got an opportunity to earn extra.
I'm also thankful for Tim who continuously giving me that opportunity.
For all the things that coming in to my life, I return the glory to Him.

Thankful Thursday

It's Thursday once again. Although my week started not quite right, I know I should still be grateful for the following:

1. For making me realize that I might have uttered offensive things against my colleagues who treated me and thought of me ill when I was really ill.
2. For allowing me to enroll at a review school that will allow me to manage my time
3. For being able to get up early and hear the morning sermon and to talk to Him about my fears and things that bother me.
4. For making me feel a little better both physically and emotionally
5. For the job that paid the rent and fed me and my family for the past 8 years.
6. For wonderful friends who always have their ways of cheering me up when I'm down.
7. For a wonderful family that cheers me on always
8. For Tim, my wonderful employer who wants to pay me always ahead of time and for Anna who acts as the CEO of Tim's growing business who does not get tired of delegating opportunities to me.
9. For always giving me hope and making me believe that there's always that silver lining thing awaiting to greet me beneath the dark clouds... though I don't know when I will see it. What matters is that I'm not getting tired.
10. For a new day.
