The economy in my assessment although no longer plunges, has been stagnant for the longest. While we are still on the long road to recovery, we need to devise a plan in order to sustain.

I have checked the Jacksonville Cosmetology School operated by the Regency Beauty Institute. It has expanded to nine states across America operating in almost 30 campuses. Said campuses mirror upscale salons and provide exceptional education to benefit its students and the public.
They offer unique approach in providing cosmetology education to new markets.
