Shaking it off

When I was in college, I had to deal with issues on becoming a little overweight. I know that I was not fat but the thing is, my roommates were all skinny. While they were lounging around at home in their undies, I was in my pajamas trying to hide my lumps.
After several years, I lost some of my fats, naturally. Lucky me I guess. 
That insecurity I have had in college makes me understand how it feels how to be overweight I mean especially for the people who are in one way or another tipping off the weighing scale.
Especially those who are really up on their feet eating right, living a healthy life and going to the gym but for some reason, they cannot seem to shake off those unwanted and unsightly fats.
