Hello endorphins!

I am able to squeeze in to my super hectic schedule some time to run. I really love the feeling of sweating all my stress out and after three rounds around the UP oval, I feel that the endorphins have started to kick in. Running is a total cardio activity I can feel it especially before tucking myself at night. I feel a great sense of soreness especially in my core. It is like popping apidexin everyday that gives me a natural way of shedding excess pounds.
